Blah Busters - DIY Foot Reflexology

Put the spring back into your step with this incredibly easy reflexology treatment.

SQUEEZE & RELEASE - Start by simply squeezing and releasing every toe (individually). Squeeze & Release the front, back and even in between the toes.

CARESS - After you have worked on your tootsies, stroke the sole of your foot with a firm sweeping action. Start at the ball of the foot and work towards the sole in a criss-crossy sweeping action. Keep going for a minute or two until you feel really energized.

Don't let the simplicity of this routine fool you. It will really invigorate and energize you. Its perfect to combat the midday slump, to revive you before an evening out. Its also fabulous to do on a long flight to tackle that horrid schlumpy mid-flight feeling.
