Warning - As with most citrus oils, grapefruit has a very, very short shelf life. So only buy in small amounts and store in a cool, dark place.

Mind - Refreshing and truly uplifting. This enlivening oil will clear any mental fog with ease. Its gorgeous, zinging scent will help soothe any pre-interview/exam jitters, but still keep you focused. Its fresh summer scent is the perfect fragrance to battle the blah's of a grey, winter day. Also (rather intriguingly!) studies have shown that inhaling the scent acts as an appetite suppressant.
Body - Its a wonderful addition to any blend made to combat cellulite. It also great to use after exercise as it has the ability to ease muscle fatigue.
